Humanists victorious in legal challenge over exclusion of Humanism from Religious Studies

Three families supported by the British Humanist Association (BHA) have triumphed over the Secretary of State for Education in their legal challenge to see parity given to Humanism as an example of a non-religious worldview in the English Religious Studies GCSE curriculum.
