HerringAs one half of the prolific comedy duo Lee & Herring, Richard Herring enjoyed phenomenal cult success as a writer and performer with shows such as “Lionel Nimrod’s Inexplicable World”, “Fist of Fun” and “This Morning with Richard Not Judy” (BBC 2). With Al Murray, Richard devised and wrote 37 episodes of the TV sitcom “Time Gentlemen Please” for Al’s alter ego The Pub Landlord. Richard also wrote and starred in the comedy drama “You Can Choose Your Friends”. He was a guest panelist on “Have I Got News For You” in April 2010, and took the nation by storm in the spring of 2010 with his 65-date UK tour of his hit 2009 Edinburgh show “Hitler Moustache”. His 2010 Edinburgh show was Christ on a Bike – The Second Coming,  which will transfer to  Leicester Square Theatre in December 2010 – January 2011 before embarking on a nationwide tour in Spring 2011.

Richard is one of the stars of the new medium of the podcast having produced over 100 episodes of the“Collings and Herrin Podcast”   alongside Andrew Collins and having produced the revolutionary new internet only stand up and sketch show “As It Occurs To Me” .
