The One Life course is a fantastic way for you to increase your understanding of humanism. Through quotes, videos, images, and other stimuli, the course provides a social learning platform to prompt discussion of some of life's big questions and learn the humanist perspective.
This iteration of the course is delivered by Northern Ireland Humanists, for those living in Northern Ireland.
Bringing together anyone who is interested in finding out more, it's a great opportunity for those less familiar with the humanist approach to key aspects of humanism to gain an introduction, and for those more familiar with it to deepen their knowledge.
The six week course explore questions such as:
- How does the recognition that this is the one life we have affect how humanists approach it?
- How can we know what is true?
- What is right and wrong?
- What should I think about religion?
- How can we build a better world?
- What do humanists do?
