Join us for YES Fest! We’re inviting Young Humanists across the UK to mark the end of summer by joining us at our first ever festival. The inaugural Young Humanists End of Summer Festival (YES Fest) takes place on Saturday 25 August in Birmingham.
YES Fest is a celebration of some of the best things about being a young humanist – laughter, music, community, and eating and drinking together. The day starts with a picnic in Moonlit Park in the afternoon, with local community and humanist groups, followed by an evening of music and comedy at Eagle & Ball.
Whatever you’re looking for, YES Fest is for you. We’ll be providing great food at our free picnic, it’s open to everyone and families are especially welcome. If you’re coming along to The Gig, spaces are limited to just 50 people. Book your place at The Picnic, The Gig, or the whole day.
Birmingham Humanists (@BrumHums) is a partner group of Humanists UK, meeting regularly, with monthly events led by speakers. They co-host the Blackham Lecture each year, and raise money for worthwhile charitable causes.
Uprising (@Uprising_Brum) provides leadership development, social action, and employability programmes for 16–25 year olds across the Midlands.
