Apostasy in the UK | Belfast

Registration is closed for this event

Belief in a religion is a fundamental human right and with it is the right to not believe. Unfortunately, this is not afforded to everyone, and for some people leaving their faith can be a complicated, challenging, and even dangerous process.

Apostates can bring shame and dishonour to a family, and as a result they often experience emotional and physical abuse. Faith to Faithless works with people who have left any religion or cult including ex-Evangelical Christians, ex-Ultra-Orthodox Jews, ex-Muslims, ex-Jehovah's Witnesses, and others.

During this panel event, you will learn about the difficulties the ex-religious face and hear from apostates who have left different faiths. Following the discussion, there will be audience Q&A with the speakers.

We hope you’ll join us for what promises to be an informative and thought-provoking evening.
