The freedom to love and be loved is a fundamental human right. Humanists have campaigned for equality and diversity for decades, championing LGBT+ rights, particularly in relation to sexual orientation and identity. From equalising the age of consent, campaigning for same-sex marriage, and more recent efforts to ban horrific practises such as conversion therapy, humanists have been on the right side of history. And there are many more battles still to be won across Europe.

A panel of expert speakers will lead an interactive discussion on LGBT+ experiences and how the humanist community can support LGBT+ people.

All are welcome to attend and there will be plenty of opportunities to put your questions to the panel, as well as chatting with fellow attendees.

To reserve a space for you and your household, please register. We will be using Zoom and a link will be emailed to you ahead of the event. Please note that this event will be recorded.
